# Prerequisites

> Before installing, ensure you have the following requirements met.


## Salesforce Requirements

| Salesforce Edition | Enterprise, Unlimited, or Developer Edition |
| API Version | API v59.0 or later |
| User Permissions | System Administrator profile or "Customize Application" permission |
| Lightning Experience | Required (Classic not supported) |


## Onboarded™ Account Requirements

| Requirement | Details |
|  --- | --- |
| Active Onboarded™ Account | Enterprise or Professional plan with API access |
| OAuth Credentials | Client ID for OAuth authentication (obtained from your Onboarded™ account settings) |
| Policies and Forms | Within the current version of this application, Clients will need to set up Policies and Forms within their Onboarded™ account before using the Salesforce integration |
